My BFF in Florida is Dunedin Plumbing...who would have thought I'b be tight with the plumbers and their secretary? Bob from Dunedin Plumbing was called at 745, and he was here and done by 910. New toilet in, old toilet out. Life is good again.
Paid a visit to my favorite realtor, Susan Littlejohn, in hopes of securing a renter for the 2009 season. She is great, is on the board of Chamber, and also the Dunedin Historical Society. Susan knows alot and everyone! Then met Lynn, the President of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce. We chatted about web sites, downtown development, and living in both Boise and Dunedin. The best of both worlds.
Fred and I ventured to Clearwater Beach where the sun was shining high, but the Gulf was 69' degrees. A bit chilly to play in the water, but great for walking and relaxing in the sun.
Met Ann and her neighbors Barry and Cheryl, and another couple from my hometown of Springfield Ohio. Dined at Sam Seltzers Steakhouse where the food was so-so, and the wait staff frazzled from the system being down. What happened to old fashioned math? Not recommending Sam's to anyone in the near future.
